Message is because it is for commercial use. If you are a shop and your compressor is set for 135 psi typically. You want to run the test at 100 psi. If you didn't have two guages and a separate regulator, you would have to adjust it at the compressor tank side to your test pressure. Well if other guys are using he same tank to run their tools you just affected their work as well in the shop. But for the home use that is not an issue. You can adjust your test pressure with the regulator on the tank.
